Welcome to Railway AI. By creating an account, you agree to comply with these terms. Our system uses advanced Artificial Intelligence to optimize railway networks and logistics.

2. Data Collection (GDPR)

In compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that we collect the following data:

• Username: To identify you within the system.
• Email Address: Used strictly for account verification, security alerts, and system notifications.
• Hashed Password: We never store your password in plain text. We use industry-standard encryption (Bcrypt).
• Usage Data: Includes optimization requests and system logs to improve the AI model accuracy.

3. Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Rectification: Correction of any inaccurate data.
• Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can delete your account at any time through the "Security Settings" in your dashboard, which will permanently remove your personal identifiable information from our database.
• Data Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

4. AI & Operational Data

Railway AI processing involves simulated and real-world network data. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• Optimization results are generated by a Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL) system.
• Simulated scenarios created via OpenStreetMap data are subject to OSM terms of use.
• The system is designed for operational governance and monitoring.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to the system administrator.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate system integrity, perform unauthorized stress tests, or attempt to bypass security privileges.
